Modern Residence | Luxury Architectural Rendering

This project showcases a contemporary luxury residence designed with a strong emphasis on clean geometry, architectural lighting, and elegant material contrasts. The composition combines white architectural volumes, natural stone textures, warm wood accents, and expansive glazing to create a refined and timeless exterior.
The visualization focuses on the evening atmosphere, where integrated facade lighting highlights the architectural forms and enhances the visual depth of the building. Particular attention was given to realistic materials, balanced illumination, landscaping, and composition to achieve a premium photorealistic result.
The project was modeled in 3ds Max, developed with V-Ray materials and lighting, rendered using Chaos Vantage, and finalized in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and color grading.
